Write about your first name: its meaning, significance, etymology, etc.
My Mother wanted my sister’s and I to be Medical doctors. So she gave us the intials MD. During my mother’s pregnancy she watched a lot of Mork and Mindy. She decided to name me Mindy after the beautiful character. For my Middle name she named me Diane after Princess Diana.
My sisters and I may not be Medical Doctors, but at least we have the intials.
According to Google, Mindy means sweetness like honey or gentle. That may explain why bee’s and mosquitos usually following me around. I don’t mind the bees; they are very gentle creatures unless they feel threatened. It does feel fuzzy and a little tickly when they land on my arm or hand. But sometimes they just need a little help out of the water, somewhere to dry their wings.
