Think back on your most memorable road trip.
a road leading to the unexpected
A few years ago, my stepfather passed away suddenly. I was really lost afterwards. So, in his Honor, I decided to go on a road trip East. Growing up he always took us on road trips. But we would always go north or west. We never went East before; there I was by myself with My dog as protection. I drove from Texas all the way to Louisiana, to Alabama, then to Florida.

It was my first time going to any of those states. And it seems that most of the rummers are True. Louisiana is a swampland and pretty dirty. Florida can be a. Swamp land in certain areas. But at the same time it has very beautiful beaches. Clear blue water and white sand.

The next day on the way to my car it was cloudy and gloomy. When I turned on my car it made the loudest noise, I have ever heard it make. The first thought in my head was “Do cars sound different in Memphis Tennessee?”
I suppose I was kind of right, since the cop said “It is very common for the Catalytic converter to get stolen. It is like getting a greeting card from here”, maybe not the best greeting card haha. But I feel like it worked out that way for a reason for me to stay there longer. I got to go to a fun karaoke bar and my dog Zeus was loving all the pets and love he was getting from everyone there.

Sometimes it is not about the path that is taken but mostly about what we see and learn along the way. Sharing cheer and laughter in spite of what may seem like a bad situation at the time.
We may not always understand the reason why hard things happen to us. There is something magical working in the background that is looking out for us beyond our understanding. For a higher a deeper purpose beyond what we can see with our eyes.
We just have to trust in God, even when we don’t quite yet understand why it is happening at the time.
